I was doing some spring cleaning of bookmarks and ran across Jeremiah’s post above. Now some of you may be saying “holy X, we’re stuck in 2005!”
Most organizations are probably in the 2007-8 timeframe. What intrigued me seeing this post again is that all the questions are still timely, relevant. Social media keeps changing and evolving so you need to come back to these core questions.
So ignore the years, not the questions.

So does it count if I’m firmly in 2009, but most of the rest of the organization is stuck in Dec 32, 2005?

It counts - but also means you gotta teleport back to 05 and bring them up to date! Let’s divide and conquer.
